Garlic & Onion Lavosh

Ingredients:

3 cups flour
2/3 cup + 1 TBSP water
1 egg
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp salt
pinch garlic salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Mix salt into flour.
3. Mix egg, water, & 2 TBSP oil. Add to dry ingredients.
4. Use a wooden spoon to mix for 1 min.
5. Add onion and garlic.
6. Use wooden spoon to mix until dough starts to form, then knead with hands.
7. Divide dough in half.
8. Grease two cookie sheets. Roll each dough half out VERY THIN on its sheet.
9. Brush with the last 1 TBSP of olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
10. Bake 15 minutes until crispy and the edges start to brown.
