Crispy Curried Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 large potatoes (peeled or not is up to you)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 TBSP garam masala*
salt & pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Cut potatoes into 1" thick slices.
3. Toss them in butter and seasoning until well coated.
4. Place potatoes in a single layer in a greased baking dish. Keep aside excess seasoned butter.
5. Bake 15 min, flip, baste with excess butter.
6. Bake 15 min more, flip, baste with butter again.
7. Bake 10-15 min more until potatoes are brown outside and tender inside. Baste again before serving.

*if you don't have garam masala, you can mix 1 tsp each cumin, coriander, and cardamom with a dash each black pepper, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg.
