2 chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box stuffing (plus whatever water/broth and butter it needs)
1 cup frozen breakfast potatoes
1/2 cup corn
2 carrots, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup green beans or peas
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt & pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Make the stuffing according to package directions.
3. In a 13x9 pan combine chicken, soup, potatoes, vegetables, and seasonings.
4. Spread stuffing on top, do not stir in.
5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
