Broccoli Slaw


1 package broccoli slaw
1/4c chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, peanuts, or sunflower seeds)
1 TBSP sesame seeds
1/4c vegetable oil
1/4c sugar
1/8c rice vinegar or cider vinegar
1 TBSP soy sauce


1. Toss slaw and nuts in a medium bowl.
2. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds, and soy sauce together to make the dressing.
3. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
4. Chill for 30 min. A bit of oil will settle out, this is ok.
5. Serve chilled.
