Fruit Mini Tarts


1 package puff pastry dough
1 package berries or 2 sliced apples
4oz tub cream cheese
brown sugar


1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Thaw the dough. Unfold each piece so the sticky side is up and cut into 18 triangles.
3. Spread a dollop of cream cheese onto each triangle.
4. Sprinkle some brown sugar onto each triangle.
5. Take some fruit and press it down into the cream cheese. Larger fruits like strawberries will have to be sliced.
6. Bake 9 at a time on a lightly greased cookie sheet, 12-15 minutes until golden.
