Fruit Kuchen


1 premade pie crust (or you can make your own, I'm just really bad at that)
8oz tub sour cream
1 egg (beaten)
1 TBSP flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup fruit. Good fruits are raspberries, peaches, cherries, apples, blueberries, strawberries.
1 tsp nutmeg
cinnamon & sugar for topping


1. In a pot over medium heat, combine sour cream, egg, flour, nutmeg, and sugar.
2. Heat to boiling, stirring continuously so sour cream doesn't curdle or form a film.
3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool to room temp.
4. Preheat oven to 350F.
5. Layer fruit on the bottom of the crust, it should be sliced but not super thin.
6. Pour custard over fruit.
7. Bake for 30 min. Top layer of custard should be yellowish and set.
8. Cool to room temp, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
9. Refrigerate for 1hr minimum until fully set.
