One-Pot Seafood Pasta


1-12oz package spaghetti (fetuccini or linguine are also ok)
3 cups broth (vegetable, seafood, or chicken)
2-6.5 oz cans chopped clams in clam juice, or 2-8oz jars clam juice
1lb crab, lobster, or shrimp, steamed and roughly chopped
1 jalapeno, membrane and seeds removed, diced
1-5oz jar sliced green olives with pimentos, drained
1 handful fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 TBSP dried parsly flakes)
1/2c grated parmesan
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBSP olive oil


1. Heat oil in a large stock pot over med-high heat.
2. Sautee garlic in oil until light brown.
3. Add all other ingredients except meat and cheese to pot.
4. Heat until boiling.
5. Reduce heat to med.
6. Add meat.
7. Simmer for 10-15 min stirring occasionally. Most liquid will be absorbed.
8. Top with grated parmesan.
