"Pot Sticker" Stir Fry


1lb ground pork
1 bag coleslaw mix (or 2 cups shredded cabbage plus 3 julienned carrots)
4 stalks green onions including white parts, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 package ramen*, broken up & cooked, do not use seasoning packet
1 tbsp sesame oil
salt & pepper

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sriracha, or more to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
dash rice wine vinegar


1. Brown pork in a wok with sesame oil over medium-high heat, drain excess grease. Season with a little salt & pepper.
2. While pork is browning - combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally.
3. Add vegetables to pork and stir fry until cabbage is wilted.
4. Add noodles and sauce to wok and toss until combined.

*Or crispy egg noodles can be used. Mix a handful in each serving as it's served.
